Subeta Confessions

I wish I could understand why the Subeta staff needs users to remind them to do their jobs. We shouldn’t have to make threads requesting that a little attention be paid to the token shop, free shop, trivia, etc. Put it on a calendar, staff! If you can’t remember to do things on even a semi regular basis then write it down somewhere. You don’t even have to make it predictable. Just  choose random dates and write “restock token shop”, “new free gift”, “send out newsletter”, etc. Then you’ll see those dates coming up and you can prepare for them. 
There are so many things on Subeta that are neglected and it’s NOT the users job to fix that. Staff needs to get on the ball. We shouldn’t have to ask where the Crypts are, we shouldn’t have to complain for years that parts of the site aren’t working, we shouldn’t have to constantly remind you that the changes you made don’t work (why code something if you aren’t going to bother making sure it worked). 
If you want your website to function at a professional level you are going to have to start doing things like professionals do.
