When the new Subeautique system was introduced, I was one of those welcoming the change. I suck at restocking, so I thought with this system, I can actually restock something there!

And for a while, I was right. I found a few invitations, and got some Subeautique items from my Wishlist. It was great!

Except.. now invitations have deflated to 300K as more and more people have them. As a result, I stopped seeing any items restocked at Subeutique because like I said before, I suck at restocking, and the good items get snatched up by other people before I even see them.

The result? I feel like we’re back to square one. This new system doesn’t feel any different from the old system. Except that now people don’t even need to enter a captcha, they can just buy things as fast as their fingers/Internet connection allows.

I read that this new system is supposed to help getting rid of the “middle man” — players who restock for the sake of making a profit — and help players who restock the items they actually want for their wardrobe. I don’t see how the invitation is helping anything…
